1. Who we are
Resarcha is the product and operator name used in this notice. For privacy questions, contact privacy@resarchanlp.tech.
2. Information you provide
If you contact us, we may receive your email address, the contents of your message, and information you choose to share. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or private study materials in a general enquiry.
When early-access signup is connected to a collection service, we collect the email address you submit and a submission timestamp so we can manage interest and send updates about initial access. If signup is unavailable, the form tells you that your email has not been saved; it does not add you to a list.
3. Website and usage information
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and error information to deliver and protect the website. The current website does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies.
As the application develops, we may introduce usage and diagnostic information to understand feature operation, reliability, and study workflows. We will explain the information collected and available choices before introducing those practices.
4. Study context and AI processing
The mobile product is being designed to process relevant study context, which may include notes, documents, screenshots, visual inputs, and user requests. Context may be processed by computer-vision systems and third-party AI providers, including Anthropic's Claude, to produce explanations, study guidance, planning, and focus support.
This website's early-access form does not accept study materials and does not send signup information to Claude. Before mobile access, we will provide details about the inputs processed, what is sent to providers, retention, and user controls. Avoid including other people's private information in material you share.
5. Service providers
We may use providers for hosting, email delivery, signup storage, diagnostics, and AI processing as those services are connected. Information is shared as needed for the relevant service, and providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their terms and privacy notices also describe their handling of data.
6. Retention and security
We intend to keep early-access information while it is useful for managing initial access and related updates. You can request removal from the early-access list by contacting us. Enquiry records and technical logs may be kept for operational purposes or applicable legal requirements; specific retention periods will be described as the product develops.
No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information connected with Resarcha has been exposed or handled incorrectly.
7. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw interest in early access. Additional rights may apply under the laws where you live. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where legally required.
Contact privacy@resarchanlp.tech and describe your request. Future email updates will provide a way to stop receiving them.
8. Young learners
The public website provides information about a product in development. Age eligibility and any arrangements needed for younger users will be described before mobile access is offered. Please do not send personal information about a child through the early-access form.
9. Updates to this notice
We may revise this notice as the website and product change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes to how information is used will be communicated as appropriate.
